Over twenty years ago GM Construction started as a consulting / contracting business. Having had prior experience in supervising and building residential and commercial projects for some of the largest Seattle based companies. We offer our clients guidance and solutions for maintenance concerns to potential projects large or small. Should you decide to manage your own project, but would like some help, Gm Construction can be retained to offer guidance and answer many of the questions that come up prior and during most projects.

Prior to starting GM Construction the last project as superintendent was Kirkland's Juanita Shores Country Club. Condominiums. In 1989 this was over a $14,000,000 project.
